Applicants affected by the limit of $3 million in awards had until July 15, 2019, to inform the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) of their intentions regarding submitted applications. TDHCA posted a revised Application Log that reflects those decisions and other actions taken since the last posting of the Application Log on June 28, 2019.
TDHCA also posted a revised 2019 State of Texas Competitive Housing Tax Credit Ceiling Accounting Summary, which includes the Regional Allocation Formula percentages including the maximum funding request/award limits, the Elderly Development maximum percentages and limits of credits available and the methodology used for the determination of the award determinations within the State Collapse. The document is posted on the Department’s website under the “2019 Multifamily Uniform Application Supporting Information” section.
Applicants who believe they have identified an inaccuracy in any posted document should contact TDHCA Competitive Housing Tax Credit Program Administrator Sharon Gamble at 512-936-7834 or sharon.gamble@tdhca.state.tx.us, as soon as possible. Identification of an inaccuracy does not guarantee that it can be addressed administratively.
