The Minnesota Housing Finance Agency will host a 2021 QAP in-person session on Thursday, August 1 from 1:30-2:30 pm CST at Minnesota Housing. This session gives opportunity to discuss the potential changes to the 2021 QAP, and to provide feedback on how the 2021 QAP will impact an HTC application. Register by Wednesday, July 31.
Those who are new to the LIHTC and QAP process may attend the QAP 101 Webinar on Thursday, August 8 from 2-3 pm CST. The Webinar includes a general overview of the HTC program and a brief summary of proposed 2021 QAP changes. Register by Wednesday, August 7.
The Minnesota Housing Finance Agency will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 19 from 1:30-2:30 pm CST at Minnesota Housing. For those wishing to attend, please let Tamara Wilson know 24 hours before the hearing. Comments are limited to 10 minutes.

Minnesota Housing’s proposed changes to the 2021 QAP will be available pending approval by our Board of Directors on July 25.
