The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) Online Forum for the 2020 QAP and Rules planning process has two new postings that stakeholders are encouraged to review and comment on. The first new posting relates to possible replacement ideas for Section 811 PRA, which will not be in the 2020 QAP as a competitive scoring item or as a threshold requirement. The second new posting relates to possible revisions to the Underserved Area scoring item.
