The Idaho Housing and Finance Association will accept applications for LIHTC and HOME through a newly designed portal system, Procorem, effective August 2, 2019.
Procorem requires a secure work center to be set up for each submitted application prior to the application deadline. The structure of a work center follows the application requirements referenced in the LIHTC QAP and HOME Administrative Plan. The Procorem system has already been used for many projects using HOME and National Housing Trust Fund funding. Access to a particular work center is limited to individuals of the applicant’s choosing and may be set up as early as the applicant desires.
