HUD posted new closing checklists for use with the recently revised FHA closing documents for:
- Multifamily Closing Checklists
- 2019 MF Closing Checklist – 223(a)(7)
- 2019 MF Closing Checklist – Routine 223(f)
- 2019 MF Closing Checklist -“Heavy” 223(f)
- 2019 MF Closing Checklist – Initial Closing
- 2019 MF Closing Checklist – Final Closing
The new checklists include non-substantive changes to the layout, re-ordering of certain items, removal of items that have been added to other form documents, and a new checklist for the “Heavy” 223(f) closings. The revised closing checklists should be used in lieu of the previously posted 2018 closing checklists.
