The National Development Council (NDC) is offering a Rental Housing Development Finance Professional Certification program being held throughout the summer and fall in Columbus. The three-course training series teaches participants steps of the housing development process, the techniques used to analyze and structure financing for rental housing deals and the problem solving and negotiating skills needed to make complicated deals feasible. Individuals who successfully complete the three courses and pass the examinations in each class are awarded certification as a Rental Housing Development Finance Professional.
