HUD released the 2019 Mortgage Limits for Multifamily Housing Programs. The notice provides mortgage limits for Section 220—Housing in Urban Renewal Areas, Section 213—Cooperatives, Section 234—Condominium Housing, Section 221(d)(4)—Moderate Income Housing, Section 231—Housing for the Elderly and Section 207—Manufactured Home Parks Per Space, effective Jan. 1, 2019. The notice also updates the per unit limit for substantial rehabilitation from $15,000 to $15,933. The Section 221(d)(4) limits are:
