Winterwood, Inc. is co-sponsoring a two-day Certified Credit Compliance Professional (C3P) certification training hosted by Spectrum Seminars on June 18-19, 2019, at the Hilton Lexington-Downtown. This event will provide compliance training from industry experts in the LIHTC field and will offer information on IRS regulations for income limits, recapture issues and the new income-averaging set aside.
The registration fee for this event is $650 and attendees may register on Spectrum’s website. Additionally, there will be a reception held from 5-6:30 p.m. ET on the first evening of the event.
