The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) Multifamily Finance Division has posted a webinar to introduce the 2019 Competitive Housing Tax Credit Pre-Application System. The webinar describes the pre-application system and provides information that will help applicants successfully submit the pre-application. Prior to the open of the Application Acceptance Period on January 4, 2019, the Department will post a link that applicants will use to access the pre-application system.
