On December 18, 2018, at 4:20 p.m., Florida Housing issued RFA 2018-117 “Elderly Housing Community Loan”. To apply for funding, interested parties may access the complete RFA, the online Application, and the Development Cost Pro Forma at https://www.floridahousing.org/programs/developers-multifamily-programs/competitive/2018/2018-117 .
Any modifications that occur to the Request for Applications will be posted to the Website and may result in an extension of the deadline. It is the responsibility of the Applicant to check the Website for any modifications prior to the deadline date.
The Application Deadline for RFA 2018-117 is 3:00 p.m., Eastern Time, on January 23, 2019.
