Texas Housing Updates 2019 Housing Tax Credit Application Cycle

The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) Multifamily Finance Division has posted the following 2019 Housing Tax Credit Application (HTC) items at http://www.tdhca.state.tx.us/multifamily/apply-for-funds.htm:

-a revised DRAFT 2019 Multifamily Uniform Application (version three);
-a 2019 Multifamily Uniform Application Templates document; and
-a Previous Participation form.
