The 2019 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) was approved by Texas Governor Greg Abbott on Friday, Nov. 30, 2018, with modifications found in 10 TAC Sections 11.9(c)(8) and 11.9(c)(9).
As of this notice on Monday, Dec. 3, 2018, the 2019 QAP has not been published in the Texas Register. The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs’ (TDHCA) Staff anticipates it will be submitted to the Texas Register on Monday, Dec. 10, 2018, and will become effective 20 days after submission.
