The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs’ (TDHCA) Multifamily Finance Division has posted the following 2019 Housing Tax Credit Cycle (HTC) items at: http://www.tdhca.state.tx.us/multifamily/apply-for-funds.htm:
– A 2019 Competitive (9%) Housing Tax Credit Pre-application Template
– This document is for planning purposes only. The document is not fillable and may not be submitted to TDHCA. The Pre-application will be posted on Friday, Jan. 4, 2019, the beginning of the Application Acceptance Period.
– Any issues applicants encounter with the draft application should be sent to TDHCA Competitive HTC Administrator Sharon Gamble at [email protected].
– A 2019 DRAFT Uniform Multifamily Application
– The DRAFT Application may be submitted to TDHCA by applicants for the Multifamily Mortgage Revenue Bond (MRB) Program, but MAY NOT be submitted by applicants for the Competitive Housing Tax Credit (9%) or Multifamily Direct Loan Programs. Applicants for the 9% HTC Program may use this DRAFT application for application planning and testing purposes. The final application for submission by 9% HTC Program and all other 2019 applicants will be posted in December.
