The New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) invites developers to submit proposals to develop up to four clusters of resilient and affordable new construction homeownership projects in Staten Island, Queens, and Brooklyn.
Applicants may submit proposals to for up to four clusters included in the RFP: Cluster A. Eleven Sites in South Beach & Midland Beach, Staten Island Cluster B. Ten Sites in New Dorp Beach, Oakwood Beach & Great Kills, Staten Island Cluster C. Five Sites in Arverne, Somerville, Rockaway Beach & Rockaway Park, Queens Cluster D. Four Sites in Gerritsen Beach & Manhattan Beach, Brooklyn Interested parties that choose to download the RFP using the link below must provide their contact information. Only those who provide their contact information will receive updates or additional communications regarding the RFP. The RFP contains a detailed description of the development program, requirements, guidelines, eligibility requirements, selection process, and submission requirements. All proposals are due in hand no later than 4:00 p.m. on February 1, 2019. Detailed instructions are provided in the RFP.
