The TDHCA Multifamily Direct Loan Program will host an in-person roundtable discussion to receive input from stakeholders about the 2019 Multifamily Direct Loan NOFA. The purpose of the roundtable is to discuss and garner feedback related to the set-asides, interest rate, funding levels and other details as the 2019 NOFA is being drafted. An outline of the proposed NOFA will be posted prior to the roundtable on the Multifamily Announcements webpage http://www.tdhca.state.tx.us/multifamily/announcements.htm. The NOFA will be presented to the TDHCA Governing Board for approval at the December 6, 2018, meeting.
The roundtable is scheduled as follows:

Time: 1:30 to 4:00 p.m. Austin local time (if the TDHCA Governing Board meeting extends past noon, a revised start time for the roundtable will be announced before the end of the meeting)
