Connecticut Schedules Housing Tax Credit Contribution Program Information Session for Dec. 6
The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) is hosting an overview session for applicants to get general information about the HTCC Program including information regarding the guidelines and rating and ranking. The session will be held on:

In accordance with Connecticut General Statutes Section 8-395, as amended, and in conjunction with the State Department of Revenue, CHFA is making available $10 million in state tax credits to non-profit applicants that plan to create housing opportunities in the following classifications:
Workforce Housing ($1 million)
Supportive Housing ($2 million)
Other Housing Opportunities ($7 million)
HTCC funding is contingent on the approval of the state budget.
A maximum of $500,000 may be awarded to each successful applicant.
IMPORTANT REMINDER – Any applicant with prior DOH and/or CHFA funding MUST request approval to apply for the HTCC Program. Approval must be in place before submitting an application. Please use the HTCC Justification Form found here.
Applications for funding must be submitted electronically through the SharePoint website using the Consolidated Application no later than 4:00 p.m., February 15, 2019.

North Dakota Housing Finance Agency (NDHFA) will hold Public Hearings for its proposed Qualified Allocation Plans (Plan) for the 2026 LIHTC Program, 2025 National Housing Trust Fund, 2025 HOME Investment Partnerships Program and 2025 Housing Incentive Fund on March 5, 2025.
The Minnesota Housing board approved the 2026-2027 Housing Tax Credit (HTC) Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP), which includes the Self-Scoring Worksheet, at the Nov. 21, 2024, board meeting.
