A workshop regarding RFA 2018-117 “Elderly Housing Community Loan” was held on October 1, 2018.
Due to limited interest in this funding in recent years, Florida Housing is seeking additional feedback regarding this program and its requirements. EHCL funding is governed by section 420.5087(3)(e), F.S., and Rule Chapter 67-48, F.A.C.
At this time, Florida Housing is considering pushing back the issue date of this RFA (from October 16, 2018 to later date to be determined) so that it may consider any comments received.
