Registration is now open for the “Interactive Environmental Workshop” for HUD funded projects hosted by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (“TDHCA”). The workshop will provide hands-on training of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (“HUD”) Environmental Regulations found in 24 CFR Part 58, as well as National Housing Trust Fund (“NHTF”) Environmental Provisions and PRA 811 Environmental Requirements.

Is there a difference? Yes, there is; so, don’t get caught short. Have you encountered the new mitigation section of the Housing Contract System? Staff will discuss how the changes to this component impact you, as well as what will be required for submission to meet requirements.

Details of the meeting are as follows:

Oct. 1-3, 2018

8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Austin local time Norris Conference Center
