Florida Housing Finance Corporation will hold a workshop regarding RFA 2018-116 SAIL Financing of Affordable Multifamily Housing Developments to be Used in Conjunction with Tax-Exempt Bonds and Non-Competitive Housing Credits on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. The workshop will be held to solicit comments and suggestions from interested persons relative to this RFA.
The meeting will be available in person at Florida Housing Finance Corporation, 227 N. Bronough Street, 6th Floor Seltzer Room, Tallahassee, Florida. The workshop will also be available by telephone.
The agenda and call-in information for the workshop will be posted to the website prior to the workshop. A listserv notice will be issued when this information is available.
The RFA is expected to be issued on Friday, October 19, 2018. Applications are expected to be due on Tuesday, November 27, 2018.
