In coordination with the Texas Apartment Association (“TAA”), the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs(“TDHCA”) will present Housing Tax Credit (“HTC”) Compliance Training in Austin on Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2018, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Austin local time, at Norris Conference Center, 2525 W. Anderson Lane, Austin, TX 78757.
This training will be led by TDHCA compliance staff and provides a solid foundation of information that owners, managers and on-site staff need to know to be in compliance with requirements for the HTC program.
Individuals who require auxiliary aids or services for the conference call or roundtable should contact Christopher Alonzo, ADA responsible employee, at 512-475-3969 or Relay Texas at 800-735-2989 at least three days before the conference call or roundtable so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
