USA Properties Fund Open Southern California Office, Adds Vice President of Property Management Operations

USA Properties Fund Inc. has opened a Southern California office to more effectively focus on the fast-growing region and will be leasing office space at 14131 Yorba Linda St. in Tustin, CA.

USA Properties also announced the addition of Tippy Lambert as vice president of Property Management Operations. Lambert, who has more than 30 years of experience in the residential real estate industry, will oversee the new Southern California office. She will be joined by three regional managers in the new office.
