The 2019-2020 Qualified Allocation Plan has been approved by the Governor. The approval letter and final documents are available on the “Qualified Allocation Plan” page of MSHDA’s web site:

If the link above does not work, go to www.michigan.gov/mshda, click on Developers, then select Low Income Housing Tax Credit. On the main LIHTC page, you will find the “Qualified Allocation Plan” link under the Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) section.
