Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH) Training Academy will be providing a one-day training on Thursday, August 16, 2018, from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. ET, at Lexington-Fayette Urban County Housing Authority, 300 West New Circle Road, Lexington, Kentucky. The training targets property management companies and owners that are responsible for maintaining compliance with the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program. The training is being provided free of charge by OCCH. Early registration is encouraged due to limited space.
