Alabama Housing Finance Authority (AHFA) will conduct a public hearing concerning the proposed 2019 HOME Investment Partnerships Program Action Plan and the Housing Credit Qualified Allocation Plan (Plans) for the distribution of HOME funds and Housing Credits in exchange for the new construction and substantial rehabilitation of low-income projects and for the monitoring of HOME funds and Housing Credits for all projects.
The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, June 26, 2018, at 10:00 a.m., Central Time, at Embassy Suites Hotel – Montgomery, located at 300 Tallapoosa Street, Montgomery, Alabama, 36104.
The proposed Plans and 2019 Plan Comment Form are available for download at www.ahfa.com. All other requests for copies must be submitted in writing to the attention of:

All interested parties are invited to submit written or oral comments at the public hearing regarding the proposed Plans. All written comments must be submitted using the AHFA required 2019 Plan Comment Form located at www.ahfa.com and must be received by AHFA by 5:00 p.m. CST on July 26, 2018. Any persons desiring to present oral comments should appear at the public hearing.
