The Multifamily Finance Division of the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (“TDHCA”) will hold its fourth planning meeting for the 2019 Qualified Allocation Plan (“QAP”) and Uniform Multifamily Rules on Wednesday, May 23, 2018, from 2-5 p.m. Austin local time. This roundtable will be held at the Stephen F. Austin Building, Room 170, 1700 Congress Ave., in Austin.

The agenda for this meeting will include discussing 10 TAC 11.7 (Tie-Breaker Factors), 10 TAC Chapter 8 and 10 TAC 11.9(c)(6) (Section 811 Project Rental Assistance Program Rule), and 10 TAC Chapter 1, Subchapter C (Previous Participation and Executive Award and Review Advisory Committee, or “EARAC”).

Income Averaging 5/25

This roundtable will be held at the Stephen F. Austin Building, Room 170, 1700 Congress Ave., in Austin.

The agenda for this meeting will include discussing the income averaging set-aside for Low Income Housing Tax Credit Developments (“LIHTC”). Income averaging is a new and third set-aside option for LIHTC Developments in light of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2018.
