It has come to the attention of the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs’ (“TDHCA”) Asset Management Division that the 2017 Qualified Allocation Plan (“QAP”) lists a 10 Percent Test Documentation Delivery Date of June 30, 2018, (which falls on a Saturday) for 9% 2017 HTC Awards and that the 2017 9% HTC Carryover Allocation Agreements list July 1, 2018, (the following Sunday) as the delivery date of the 10% Test. Based on the fact that both submission deadline requirements fall on a weekend, TDHCA has determined that 10% Test submissions will be considered timely if they are turned in on or before Monday, July 2, 2018.
