The Multifamily Finance Division of the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (“TDHCA”) will hold the third planning meeting for the 2019 Qualified Allocation Plan (“QAP”) and Uniform Multifamily Rules on April 25, 2018, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The roundtable will be held at the Stephen F. Austin Building, Room 170, 1700 Congress Ave., in Austin, Texas.
The agenda for this meeting will include discussing 10 TAC Section 10, Subchapter B, specifically resident services, common and unit amenities, and building standards. Staff will also discuss the integrated housing rule.
