Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) is pleased to announce the funding awards for the Fiscal Year 2018 application round competing for 2018 Low Income Housing Tax Credits (Housing Credits) and other program resources. KHC received 24 applications requesting in excess of $16 million in Housing Credits, and was able to fund 16 projects with $10,303,168 of 2018 Housing Credits in conjunction with $120,000 of KHC’s Affordable Housing Trust Fund (AHTF).
This funding round supports the creation or preservation of 905 units of affordable rental housing in 11 counties in Kentucky. A listing of awards is available on KHC’s website, under Development, Multifamily, 2018 Multifamily Funding Report.
