| The State of California is pleased to announce the availability of approximately $11 million in project-based rental assistance funds under Round II of the Section 811 Project Rental Assistance (PRA) Demonstration Program. These funds are available on an over-the counter basis to state-financed affordable housing projects.
Rental assistance is targeted to Medi-Cal eligible persons with disabilities as described in the NOFA. Recent amendments to the Round II NOFA include increasing the contract rent and making the funds available statewide (previously Round II was limited to Los Angeles County). |
