During the March Emergency Solutions Grants (“ESG”) Learning Opportunity, the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (“TDHCA”) will provide guidance on how ESG Subrecipients may apply to administer the HOME Tenant Based Rental Assistance (“TBRA”) Program. The webinar will include a description of: the HOME Investments Partnerships Program; Participating Jurisdictions; organizations eligible to administer TBRA; how to apply to administer TBRA; and main differences between TBRA and ESG Rapid Re-housing/Homelessness Prevention.
