Community Investment Corporation of the Carolinas has changed names to become Centrant Community Capital. Over the past 27 years, this organization’s impact has expanded far beyond the Carolinas including the states of Virginia, Tennessee, Georgia, and Texas. Centrant emphasizes that service and commitment will remain the same, but the name is in line with a wider geographic base.
In 2017, Community Investment Corporation of the Carolinas (CICCAR) surpassed some noteworthy milestones, exceeding $300 million in total loans closed and 20,000 units financed.
