The public is invited to participate and comment on the State of Alaska’s State Funding Year (SFY) 2019 Annual Action Plan. This plan is an annual update to the Consolidated Housing and Community Development Plan, a five-year strategy, adopted in 2015. The Annual Action Plan directs priorities during SFY 2019 (July 1, 2018 – June 30, 2019). This is a prerequisite to receive federal funding for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Program, the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), and the National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF).

The 30 day Public Comment Period will begin Friday, March 2, 2018. Comments are due to apetroni@ahfc.us by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, April 2, 2018.
