The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs’ (“TDHCA”) Multifamily Finance Division has posted 2018 Competitive Housing Tax Credit Cycle (“HTC”) items on its website at: http://www.tdhca.state.tx.us/multifamily/housing-tax-credits-9pct/. Those items include the following:
– REVISED 2018 Pre-application Log; and
– 2018 Competitive HTC Early Application Submission Log. This log includes only those applications submitted on or before Friday, Jan. 26, 2018, seeking to score points under 10 TAC 11.9(d)(3), related to Declared Disaster Area, for developments proposed in counties that have an eligible declared disaster event and will see that eligibility expire prior to the Full Application Delivery Date of Thursday, March 1, 2018.
TDHCA has posted the REVISED 2018 HTC Award Limits and Regional Award Estimates on its website at: http://www.tdhca.state.tx.us/multifamily/apply-for-funds.htm. The document has been updated to include the 2018 Funding Limits for Elderly Developments.
