The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority would like to remind everyone that applications for the 2018 HTCC round are due by 4:00 pm on February 14, 2018. All applications need to be submitted through SharePoint and must utilize Version 2017.2 of the Consolidated Application.
Please be sure to check the website for information and updates regarding the HTCC Program. The latest FAQ can be found here.
Reminder: if you have any previous CHFA and/or DOH funding and you are planning to apply for HTCCs you MUST reach out to the respective agencies for approval to apply. Please submit your request for approval ASAP to allow sufficient review time for your request.
