Part of the normal reporting process for Housing Tax Credit projects includes completing the Annual Operating Survey. The survey is required for each development awarded tax credits between 2001-2014 (tracking numbers that begin with 01- through 14-) and that have 10 or more units. The 2017 Annual Operating Survey must be completed and submitted by March 1, 2018. Questions regarding the Annual Operating Survey may be directed by email to Kevin Clark.
