The Application Acceptance Period for the 2018 Competitive Housing Tax Credit (“HTC”) Cycle is now open. The Pre-Application Final Delivery Date is Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2018, at 5 p.m. Austin local time. Pre-Application fees must be received by this same deadline.
To begin the Pre-Application, visit: https://form.jotform.com/72783791419166. Once opened, the link will require the Applicant to enter the primary contact person’s email address and the name of the Development – please do not use spaces when entering the Development name. This information will be used to create a unique URL to access the Pre-Application.
The 9% HTC Pre-Application is not mandatory; however, Applicants that provide a Pre-Application are eligible for six (6) points in the full Application (assuming all applicable requirements are met), and Applicants that do not provide a Pre-Application will not be eligible for those points.
