The public is invited to participate and comment on the proposed amendments to 15 AAC 150.040(d) authorized by AHFC Board Resolution #17-27. The purpose of the amendment is to remove the requirement that proof of building energy efficiency standard compliance be recorded. This does not take away the requirement to meet the building energy efficiency standard and to have a BEES rating completed.
