The 2018 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) has been approved by Governor Ducey and is available to download from the Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) website.
ADOH will hold the 2018 LIHTC Application Workshop on January 23, 2018 at the Phoenix Airport Marriott. Developers (or their Co-Developer or Consultant) who plan to submit an application in the 2018 round must attend this annual training. The deadline to register is January 16, 2018.
