The Senate confirmed the nomination of Paul Compton Jr. on December 18. The Alabama attorney was most recently partner at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings where his work focused on tax credit transactions including LIHTC, New Markets and Historic, as well as state tax credits. He has also served in leadership positions for the Alabama Affordable Housing Association, Alabama Consumer Finance Association, Alabama Chair of the American Bar Association Forum on Affordable Housing and Community Development, as well as serving on the Alabama Bankers Association.
