Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) is soliciting feedback on current scoring criteria and incentives for the development of the 2019-2020 Qualified Allocation Plan and Multifamily Guidelines.
The Multifamily Developer Forum will be held on Thursday, December 7, 2017, 2-4 p.m. ET, at the Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority (KHEAA), 100 Airport Road, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601. All multifamily developers, consultants, investors, or other interested parties are invited to attend this forum.
