This one day workshop will provide an overview of the 2018 LIHTC application process. Developers, co-developers or consultants who plan to submit an application in the 2018 round must attend this annual training. Attendees are encouraged to review the 2018 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) prior to the workshop.
A certificate of attendance generated by ADOH must be included in the 2018 LIHTC application. Certificates of attendance will be available after the completion of the workshop and will be emailed. Certificates will be made out in the name of the registered attendee and the organization entered on the registration form.
