Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) and the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) have issued a Request for Information (RFI) #4536 regarding the Multifamily Mental Health Housing Program.
In order to assess the current supportive and supported housing needs as well as opportunities to serve people with Severe Mental Illness (SMI) and/or Substance Use Disorder (SUD), OHCS and OHA are seeking responses from any and all respondents who have information related to providing supportive and supported housing. This may include developers, municipalities, financial institutions or philanthropic organizations. We anticipate responses will include the need and strategies for funding supportive services, approaches to provide integrated housing opportunities, methods for collecting data and outcome information, identified barriers to bring supportive housing to scale, community identified target populations, and details on how partnerships will play a role in development and service provision.
General reminders:
- OHCS will accept responses to this RFI from November 16, 2017 through January 19, 2018.
- All questions and requests for clarifications relating to the content of the RFI should be sent via email to MFNOFA@oregon.gov.
