Last week, Executive Director Anthony Marchetta announced his final month serving the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency. Marchetta wrote in the NJHMFA Newsletter that the “past seven years have been the most rewarding in my career. I am honored and grateful to have been part of the NJHMFA family, and it will always be a part of me. Thank you all and best wishes for the future.”
During his tenure, NJHMFA oversaw the financing and creation of over 38,000 new or improved housing opportunities. It is unclear at this time as to who will serve as the next executive director.
NH&RA wishes Executive Director Marchetta the best of luck in his future endeavors and thanks him for his 7 years of leadership at NJHMFA.
