On October 19, 2017 Tennessee Governor Bill Haslem has signed into effect the Tennessee Housing Development Agency 2018 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP).  This final document includes critical changes including the 2018 county needs score as well as revised market study guidelines, formally incorporating the National Council for Housing Market Analysts Market Study Index into the exhibits.
