The 2018-19 Qualified Allocation Plan was approved by the Ohio Housing Finance Agency Board in September and is currently undergoing branding.  The approved draft is now available on OHFA’s website, the only forthcoming changes will be stylistic.

OHFA will accept questions on the document through December 1, 2017.  After the question period ends, a summary of all questions and responses will be posted to the web for public review.  Questions can be sent to [email protected] and will receive prompt response.

Be sure to join OHFA on October 23rd at 10:00 for their annual QAP Training. This event will be held at the downtown Columbus Metropolitan Library. Nonprofits may wish to stick around after the official training ends for an informal session on how to become a CHDO. Register now!
