KHC updated the Questions and Answers for the 2018 Housing Credit Funding Round to address additional questions. These questions and answers are available on KHC’s website, under Development; Multifamily; Applications, Guidelines, and Scoring; within the Applications and Scoring dropdown. This document has been updated regularly as additional clarifications were added.
The most recent addition to the document clarifies that in the proximity to important destinations scoring section, a destination can receive points for both the “all project” and “new supply projects” categories if the destination meets requirements of both categories.
