A second draft of the 2018-19 Qualified Allocation Plan was posted for public comment on August 8, 2017 (with a red-line version here). Comments may continue to be submitted to [email protected] through August 25, 2017. OHFA will also host two regional engagements to informally present and discuss the changes contained in this draft.

Few significant changes were made to the original first draft, but the following changes are of note:

  • Added language specifying that consultants may not serve as the sole contributor towards development team experience.
  • One additional set-aside for a PSH servings tenants recovering from substance abuse
  • Increased cost limits:
