The 2017 Housing Credit Awards are now posted on the Agency website.
Credits were awarded to 32 projects in 25 counties totaling 2,150 units. Awards were also made to 11 tax exempt bond projects totaling 943 units.
Appendix H has been posted on the 2018 Qualified Allocation Plan page. The Agency continues to accept comments on the first draft of the 2018 QAP. Please submit comments by Friday, September 1st to be considered before release of the second draft. Please email comments to rentalhelp@nchfa.com.
