Ohio Housing Finance Agency recently announced allocatees for the 2017 Housing Tax Credit round. Nearly $26 million in federal housing tax credits was awarded to 33 developments to create 1,698 housing units serving families, seniors and individuals with disabilities. The Projects are listed below:
