Kentucky Housing Corporation and the Woda Group Inc. recently celebrated the grand opening of two properties benefiting the senior population. Rob Ellis, deputy executive director for Housing Production and Programs, represented KHC at both ribbon cutting ceremonies on June 9, 2017.
Brea’s Crossing is a garden-style design with private entrances and single car garages, located in Shelbyville, Kentucky. This beautiful community offers 24 one-bedroom and 20 two-bedroom units built with the latest green construction techniques. KHC is

Pebblecreek Crossing is a new elevator building located in Richmond, Kentucky. This facility includes 27 one- and 21two-bedroom units, many featuring universal design for disabled residents.
